EXERCISES HELP BUILD MUSCLE
Just like going to gym makes your body strong and able to do physical activity, musical exercises prepare your body for the challenges of musical activity. Daily exercise and practice increases your reflexes and muscle memory, your embouchure, your lung capacity and efficiency, your eyes for tracking the music, your brain for understanding it, and your heart for feeling it. Here are some examples of exercises to start your musical training.
